Dr. Guindi has an excellent bedside manner. He listens, asks follow up questions and will looked into a concern I raised. He also called the same day of my visit after hours to tell me the results of a concerning bloodwork, so treatment could begin asap. I appreciate that level of followup.

Saw the Dr on June 8th. Was told I need to get blood work. The first available appointment to get blood work...... AUGUST, LIKE IN LATE AUGUST. I have a medical concern and they want me to wait until AUGUST to get blood work?!??!?! Took my business someplace else.

Doctor and phlebotomist were great. The wait was terrible. I had all paperwork appropriately completed ahead of time and when they called me in the parking lot to tell me I was ready I then waited inside for well over a hour. Other patients came in after me (with appointment times after mine and with the same doctor) and we’re seen before me. Someone definitely was not paying attention.

Cant actually give too much feedback because the appointment was so rushed. I was 15 mins late to the appointment but then used the check in system to say I was there and then still waited 15 mins. Then was called to come in and told that the appointment would be very short because I was late (though 15 mins of that wasn’t even me) - but I still understood. I’d rather they tell me to come back another time and treat it as a missed appointment than what happened. I’ll give it one more chance but I really didn’t feel like I was seen and that I got a chance to really talk through my history especially I was looking for a new primary care. No suggestion to even maybe do another appointment to go over things in detail...
