Nancy Onyett, FNP-C is a graduate of Arizona State University in the family nurse practitioner program in 2001. She has worked in family practice and pain with an emphasis on hormones to help correct metabolic disorders and control pain. She received bio-identical hormone training from Dr. Neal Rouzier, MD and further pain bio-identical hormone training from Dr. Forrest Tennant, MD.
There is a need for hormones in chronic pain due to aging and hormonal response to the opioids. Also there is a need for hormones with metabolic disorders causing many symptoms such as fatigue, weight gain, lethargy, mood changes, and low libido. Nancy integrates multiple disciplines including Medicine Management, Interventional therapies and Hormone therapy to treat patients with Chronic and Acute Pain.
