She did great then told me she would send me meds and never sent anything over . So I guess originally she was great then didn’t do anything she said she would do and hasn’t replied to me in 2 days and never got my medication sent to the pharmacy

The provider was extremely rude. When I got to the appointment, the provider stated that they had me scheduled for a sick visit but my appointment was supposed to be for a new patient visit. The provider changed my visit type so they didn’t have to see me for what I scheduled! When questioned about it, they were extremely rude and would not listen even when I told them I had email confirmations. And they even tried to charge me a cancellation fee! Only when I showed them proof did they admit they changed the appointment and stated they would remove the fee.

On my first visit, I had just been diagnosed with diabetes. I was sent home with a handful of prescriptions and no instructions. I had insulin pens with no needles, meter
with no knowledge on how to use it. I was frustrated and scared. How could I take care of myself with limited knowledge.
I was walked through EVERYTHING! From how to set up the meter to the injections, what to eat and what not to eat.
She is my go to!!!
