Office staff was inefficient. Could not find my name in the patient portal. She finally found my name and said she would alert the doctor I was there. Patients were entering the waiting room And being taken back for their appointments. After over one hour of waiting, a nurse came out and asked who I was waiting to see. She alerted the doctor who eventually apologized because no one told her I was waiting.

Nancy was very warm and she listened as well as asked questions. She took immediate action and ordered STAT blood work and ultrasound to rule out blood clot in my leg. She even told her nurse to give the lab her cell number to make sure she got the results and not the on call DR. Nancy is wonderful:)
