I was extremely pleased with the care I received today at this office. Short wait time and not too much paper work to fill out. I was extremely impressed when they automatically took my blood, EKG, & urine all inside of the office. Most places will just hand you a script and send you to the lab. The lady who did all my tests was extremely sweet and gentle. The doctor was extremely thorough and addressed all of my needs. I would recommend this physician and will for sure continue here for care.

Dr. Chalik and her staff are wonderful. There's rarely ever a wait-time and they take your health concerns very seriously. Recommend her for any adults looking for a PCP. They do not take card for co-payments so just me mindful of that prior to your visit.

She's not a bad doctor really, she just specializes in the common cold and other little things like asthma, and ear infections. If you disagree with her prognosis or believe it might be something else she'll must likely gets defensive and start repeating herself. But she is quick to make a referral to another dotor if she doesn't specialize in sonething. I complained of back pain and she suggested right away to get x-rays with another doctor in the building of practice.

If I were to rate the PA that gave me the physical, I'd give him 5 stars, but the doctor, I'd give her one. I saw her for a second, she didn't even say hello. Made zero effort to Introduce herself or to give me a quick check up like most doctors do.. if I set up an appointment to see the DOCTOR, I at least want a quick 2-minute exam by the DOCTOR.

The doctor was very nice but her staff was a different story. The receptionist was terrible. She called my house to get my insurance information because my old insurance was on Zocdoc and she had an attitude when she asked me how I could have made such a mistake if I entered the details myself. Then she said she had to check with the doctor to see if I had to pay and I told her my plan covers 100% for the annual physical. She tells me it's up to the doctor whether I pay or not and she would call me back. Whatever. I should have taken that as a sign that they didn't want me. But she called me back saying with a completely different demeaner and said I would be covered under my medical so I decided to go in. Midway through my physical (weight and blood pressure checked only) the nurse stops and tells me I'm not covered but then I tell her I am and she says I need to talk with the receptionist about it. So I go to the receptionist and she tells me I'm only covered for the weight and blood pressure and that's it and that she *thinks* I'm not covered for anything else and I tell her to call up my insurance because I know for a fact I'm covered. I had an ekg reading and blood work from the nurse and then shortly after spoke with the doctor and she checked my breathing and that was it. No checking of the ears, throat, or reflexes. I also had my husband there and he is under my insurance as well. So he also had his annual physical done. He told me after everything was done that he didn't feel welcomed. The nurse barely said a word to us, especially him. The nurse only told us to stand or sit while she did our annual physical. It still didn't even feel like I got a full annual physical as I usually do with other doctors. When we left, the receptionist didn't so much as look at us to tell us if there was anything else we needed to do. Now we are just waiting for the results from our blood work.
