I can’t understand why this Doctor has availability on ZocDoc but called me to immediately cancel my appointment after booking. Once my appointment was cancelled I checked back again to see that she still has herself as available. I don’t know if this is a discriminatory practice but I do think that it is rather odd for you to be canceling appointments without removing your availability. For that I give 1 star. Extremely poor communication!

Yesterday was my first visit with Dr. Marina Oks and I absolutely adore her. She was friendly, had a positive attitude, and she listened to all my concerns and acted on everything I told her. I definitely would recommend.

Doctor was great and had many patients that day. During my appointment she was very focused on helping me overall a very good experience. Her team was helpful and friendly. We are living in an odd time now so maybe that contributed to the wait time.
