The reception desk staff were friendly. The young lady that checked my vital’s is exceptionally sweet, treating me like a friend. The doctor is very personable, attentively listening to my concerns and making me feel at ease.

I am new to Chicago and am so pleased I chose Dr. Jenkins as my new Gyno. She had fantastic bedside manner: she clearly explained everything that was going to happen in my exam, explained why we were doing what we were doing, and answered my question thoroughly. Often times docs are running out the door to the next pt and don’t feel present when they are with you. Not Dr. Jenkins! I will be recommending her to any friends in need of a new gynecologist.

Felt I wasted my time & money on 2 appts. She didn't look at the tests/records I brought. She didn't even perform an exam. She gave me 2 surgical options to research on my own & return in 2 wks with my decision. At the f/u, I gave my answer, & she referred me to Marlon Bohorquez, who I wish I saw in the 1st place. He was very thorough, went over my tests/ultrasounds with me, & went into detail about the options Dr. Jenkins had given me & listened to my decision. He let me have my parents on a conference call for the consult since my dad is a retired surgeon & my mom went through the surgery I thought I needed from Googling. He did an exam & discovered I was in an emergency surgery situation & got me scheduled for two days later. He ended up doing one of the recommendations Dr. Jenkins had me research, & now what I wanted done is no longer medically necessary. Had Dr. Jenkins done an exam a month prior, perhaps I could've had it taken care of sooner. I'd rather see him again than her.

It was my first time visiting this office and it was a positive experience. I booked my appointment on ZocDoc which was quick and easy. I showed up to my appointment and it started on time. I didn’t have to wait for the doctor for long. Dr. Jenkins was friendly and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff was also friendly and professional. The office was clean and easy to find. I was in and out within less than an hour. All in all I have no complaints and will be back!

Dr. Jenkins was awesome, incredibly knowledgeable, professional yet kind and receptive to any questions. I was seen right away, and the staff were patient and friendly. Unfortunately, the policy at the office that I visited was disappointing. My partner was not allowed to attend, at any time during the appointment and was forced to sit in a packed waiting room with actively unwell patients. If you are flying solo, you may not mind, but this is not ideal if you wish to have a family member/partner advocating for your care during this experience.

I had such a great experience at this office and with Dr. Jenkins! The staff was extremely friendly, I was seen right away, and felt very comfortable. Dr. Jenkins is so kind, listened to all of my concerns, and came up with solutions to issues I was having. I am so glad to have found this doctor, she is amazing!
