Just my first visit as a new patient. Overall, Dr. Cohen and his office staff seem very professional and caring. Wait time was a bit too long. I arrived at 7:30 and left at 8:30, of those 10 minutes went on X-Ray and 10 minutes with Dr. Cohen. The rest of the time was just waiting.

Very polite, easy to talk to, understands your concerns and need to train for a race. Perhaps a little quick to recommend MRI, but this may be unfair to say since I am declining it. My wait time was only longer since I was a new patient and had paperwork. Returning patients appeared to go in almost immediately.There was no point in getting there early to fill out paperwork for a 7:30am appointment because no one is there before 7:30am.

I had a 3 O'clock appointment which I have arrived promptly. I did not get seen until 4:25pm. On top of that, 2 other patients arrived after me but were seen 15 min ahead of me. When I asked how is this possible, the only explanation was "don't worry, you are now next". I know Doctors have a busy work schedule, but so do the patients who also have to juggle their schedule to come to the appointment. This will be my last visit to this office.

The staff was nice.
They were very busy and I felt a little rushed.
still waiting for more tests and treatment for problem so this is way too soon to post a accurate review.

It was disappointing; the front office person was okay, the doctor was unattentive and the x-ray tech was unfriendly. The office was messy and the x-ray room with boxes/junk stacked and antiqueted equipment was disgusting.
