Dr Hatch's office was extremely efficient. There was almost no waiting, even though it was my first visit. I was able to fill out my intake forms as time allowed while I was taken to a waiting room and x rayed. When I met the doctor, he was very clear about my options and his recommendations. The visit was great, and the treatment really effective. The average wait times with an appointment seem too long to accommodate my schedule, unfortunately (Over a half hour for my first visit, and for my second, after 50 minutes I was told it would be another 15 minutes, and I needed to leave).
