Dr. Patel prescribed cough medicine from my visit, along with another medication. The pharmacy could not fill the cough medicine prescription because Dr. Patel's form said they need verbal confirmation. The pharmacy has been trying to reach him for three days and have not been successful. Also, the location does not accept credit/debit.
