I am so happy and lucky to have found Dr. Wills. She is the best doctor I've ever seen. She genuinely listens and cares about me and my health. I appreciate so much that she offers an integrated approach to medicine: traditional western medical practices with more whole-body approach services like acupuncture and nutrition counseling. When going over the results of my blood work, she told me what foods to include or subtract from my diet instead of the "let's wait and see and then prescribe something if it doesn't get better" approach that many doctors take. Love her!

With a background and emphasis on wellness and holistic medicine integration, Dr. Nayo is the model for what the mindset and approach of every doctor should have. My appointment with Dr. Nayo was great - from the ambiance to the quality time spent with her going over history and aspects of life that do profoundly impact your health aside from access to care (the social determinants). With Dr. Nayo, for the first time, I received an analysis of my blood, glucose and cholesterol levels, as well as my metabolic rate. She focused on stress, chakra, and overall quality of life. It was PERFECT! Unfortunately, I had to stop seeing Dr. Nayo once her practice instituted a mandatory annual fee in addition to the monthly insurance premiums that I already pay hence why I could not say that I would , without hesitation, recommend her to friends. If my friend has a great insurance plan that is wholly paid for by her employer and has disposable income to spend then yes, I would recommend. But, unfortunately, the vast majority of my friends would not be able to come out of pocket a couple hundred dollars on top of their insurance premium each month thus I regretfully would have to recommend on a case-by-case basis. So sad as she is a great doctor and I understand her need to additional revenue - it is just not something I could indulge in at the moment.

A bad "first-time" experience with a PCP is what pushed me to find a new PCP. A friend suggested Zoc Doc to aid in my search for a new one. That is when I came across Dr. Wills profile. Now the other profiles I viewed had (on average) 2-3 vague reviews. However, that was not the case for Dr. Wills. She had over 20+ raving reviews about her overall practice! Then in addition to that, I found that we had a few things in common, and that my home was fairly close to her office. After the experience I had with the previous doctor, I didn't think I could go anywhere but up.
This morning I had my first visit with Doctor Wills and it was amazing! I don't think I have ever had the feeling that a doctor was truly "listening" to me and engaged with my thoughts until this morning. Such a breath of fresh air. I now know first-hand what the hoopla is all about and am glad I found out about this party. Never did I feel rushed or that her mind was elsewhere or on the next patient. She gave me her undivided attention and for me, that meant a lot. So now I am actually thankful for that bad experience with the first PCP, because I never would have found Doctor Wills had I not gone through it.

Dr. Wills is keen on a holistic approach to her patients - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. While most people are used to the white coats and uptight environment, Dr. Wills provides a relaxing environment complete with comfortable couches and a waterfall. She is definitely pro-vitamins more-so than shoving pharmaceutical prescriptions down your throat. She is invested more in the natural approach to health rather than filling you up with more common prescription drugs

First of all, this practice is in a house in a residential neighborhood and this totally threw me off when I pulled up.
Secondly, it is a membership practice which charges clients a $250 annual fee in order to join the practice as a member. They take the first appointment to explain it to you, but the second appointment you have to pony up.
Once I got past the fact that I was in a residential house, I was satisfied with the experience. The practice is all about integrative medicine and the doctor spent a lot of time asking me about my health concerns, history and even asked me what my "passion" was. It was a nice change from doctor's offices that rush you out as if you're on an assembly line.
I don't think I like it enough to justify joining as a member. I'm not really clear in what the benefits of joining would be for me. They said that the doctor spends quality time with you in the office (a plus), answers brief patient emails (don't think I've used this) and keeps a certain time blocked off for urgencies. These services are nice but as a generally healthy person I visit the doctor about twice a year MAX except for specialists so I just can't see dishing out $250 in addition to my co-pay for services I probably will never use.
That being said, I did like the overall mind/body/soul health philosophy they have and appreciated the personalized attention from the doctor.
