The front desk was courteous and very helpful. I like the small more personal atmosphere. The young lady at the front desk knows the patients by name when they come in. I really like the more personal approach of this office. The nurse assistant was equally friendly and professional. She went through all my medical history from my previous Dr and reviewed everything with me in a non hurried manner. The young female Dr. was very through and equally unhurried and friendly. They made me feel welcome. All my concerns were addressed and my mammogram was ordered. I am very pleased with this clinic and look forward to a long relationship with Dr. Ursa. Dr Agarwal acted as if she didn't want to be at work or atleast didn't want to deal with me. I'm not asking for a doctor to hold my hand or wipe my behind, but I do expect some respect and someone friendly when I am a paying customer.

I had trouble scheduling an appointment with my regular doctor so decided to elsewhere, and Dr. Agarwal's office was able to schedule me very quickly and easily through Zoc Doc. There was very little wait time, and they seemed very thorough with their collection of my medical history. Dr. Agarwal seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. I think I will stick with this doctor's office, I like the smaller office atmosphere a lot more than the large doctor's offices I'm used to where you have to wait forever even though they have a staff the size of a small army.

She was very professional spent a lot of time with me going over my medical history and current concerns. My medical information from zocdoc were unable to be accessed so I had to do it all again ! But I was very pleased with the doctor and staff and have a follow-up appointment.

Good experience. All of her staff was very nice. I was asked to discuss my reasons for my visit with both the nurse and the nurse practitioner, and I assume the latter filled in Dr. Agarwal, so when she came in she knew what my concerns were and quickly addressed them. She was slightly rushed, but willing enough to answer all my questions and offer advice. She seems very competent and knowledgable.
