“The entire process was very simple. Went online and in a few clicks the appointment was made and I didn't have to wait very long for it. Once I arrived the check in process was simple and I waited less than 30 minutes before I was taken back. Everyone there was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of in every way. The Nurse Practitioner did an excellent job explaining everything to me and readily answered all of my questions to make sure I had a good understanding of the treatment. I really will readily recommend this Urgent Care and its staff to everyone. Great job!”

I visited this urgent care earlier this week for what I believed was an infection in my foot. The Nurse Practitioner was professional and polite. After examining the area, she prescribed a topical cream. I specifically asked whether an oral antibiotic might be appropriate, but she felt the cream was the best first course of treatment based on what she observed.
Although I left feeling uncertain about the treatment plan, I trusted her professional judgment. By the following morning, however, the infection had become significantly worse. My foot was badly swollen, a large boil had developed, and I could barely put pressure on it or walk. She knew she was off the next two days and suggested I call in when she returned if it was worse. I had to visit the local emergency room, where the affected area was treated immediately. I was given an antibiotic and sent home with an antibiotic prescription.
I would NOT recommend this place!

I had the best Team of professionals at my very first appointment at a FastMed facility. From the moment I walked in the door I felt like a welcomed patient and not a number. Starting with Mike who checked me in , Qiana who took my vitals and worked closely with my provider Celina to ensure my health issue was fully resolved before I was discharged. This Dream team was highly professional and they provided knowledgeable , patient , compassionate exemplary service. I walked in the door feeling distressed and walked out feeling very well. I highly recommend this facility to anyone with Urgent Care needs.
