She was professional, informative and kind.
I'm satisfy with Dr. Neha medical services and recommend her for other patients. Thank you Doctor.
I've scheduled an appointment with this eye doctor naively believing that I will receive medical help with my eye lid. I had a tiny lump inside of my eye lid that was a size of the grain. It wasn't a stye, the medical term for it is chalazion. I've had it for about 3 months and I felt concerned with that it wasn't going away. I've read the articles that usually ophthalmologists prescribe either special eye ointment or eye drops for it. Instead of receiving professional medical assistance with my problem, I was given a 10 minute chit chat. Doctor did a quick eye exam and said that she doesn't really see anything. Then when I continued to insist that I didn't go crazy and that there is a little lump inside of my eye lid, she finally had to agree and offered to do the hot compressors at home. I asked if there is any medication that she can prescribe to me or something more medically advanced rather than primitive home care methods like compressors. Her answer was "no". She claimed that unless it gets big enough in the size she is not going to move forward with it and do any injections. Why would I wait until it gets bigger? That is why I came to this eye doctor in the first place - to get help with the chalazion at the early stage. Three weeks later I have received the bill that could have covered my 5 visits to eye doctors. It was a very disappointing experience and the price that I paid for it was definitely overrated.
Very nice and smart doctor. She is fantastic
Dr. Patel was very thorough, very kind and made me feel very confident that I was in the best of hands.
This was my very first visit to Dr Patel. Her office is in a lovely, remodeled older home on W Littleton Blvd. The vibe in the waiting room is very calming. She has done a great remodel job...old-fashioned with contemporary accents. The medical equipment is state of the art. Dr Patel is very nice, bright, efficient, with a great bedside manner. If you are looking for an ophthalmologist, I highly recommend Dr Patel.
Excellent as before. Timely and attentive.

Pleasant and informative. Friendly easy-going, very professional and knowledgeable practitioner.
Very easy to talk to and get along with and explained everything that was going on. Great visit.
Dr. Patel Sitole performed a lid-lift surgery (insurance covered), and my eyes are open! My eye lids feel nature and I have a significant increase the the range of vision I have now since the surgery. I notice this improvement in many different venues , with my work , and most importantly I noticed my improvement when I went for a hike in the foothills and could SEE the tops of the trees, and all around while holding my face forward. Dr. Patel Sitole did great work me, Thank you!
