Dr. Neha was very attentive and professional. I can;t complain anything about her bedside manner though They gave away my appointment on the first visit to someone who had an emergency so I had to go back twice.

This is by far one of the worst overall experiences I’ve ever had. I prefilled everything on zocdoc before my appt but they gave me the same forms to fill out in office. I arrived 10 mins early and had to wait an entire hour. The whole time the 2 ladies at the front desk kept talking about being too busy and overworked. Finally, I went to the front and said if my doc is too busy then I’m leaving
So my doc comes from the back all of a sudden and sees me. My appt only took 15 mins. Like why make people wait that long for 15 mins? And why have that as Ana available time slot if you’re not actually available?
Plus, while this office offers glasses, the lady that works that section wasn’t there....???????
Won’t be going back again!!!!

I'm always impressed by how smart Dr. Shah is. She remembers past appointments, is adept at explaining your condition and her recommendations, and fast at problem solving. At the same time, she's a very caring person.

Dr. Shah is fantastic. I would highly recommend her. She has a great disposition and is interested in listening and is solutions oriented. She has gone above and beyond to help fit me with multi-focal lenses.
