Dr. Cooper is so friendly! He answered all of my questions clearly and made sure that I had my new prescription lenses ready in under an hour. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I will absolutely be making Dr. Cooper my primarily optometrist!

Though I had to wait quite awhile for Dr. Cooper, I had just made the appt the day before and the great person at the counter helped me pick out new glasses frames while I waited so the decision was made already before my exam.
Dr. Cooper was quick and super helpful. He also was encouraging and understanding, which isn't seen much in field of any doctors these days. I'm very glad I went to him.

Dr. Cooper took his time and explained my prescription and also provided next steps on how to best manage my eyes/prescription going forward. Friendly and personable, I would recommend Dr. Cooper to anyone.

Dr. Cooper was professional, timely, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He answered my questions and concerns without issue. He also agreed with my previous Optometrist that my old glasses prescription was incorrect. The front office staff (Tisha or Trisha?) was professional, pleasant, and helped me choose a new pair of frames after my eye exam. They showed me which frames were covered by my insurance, informed me about the discount I could use on non-covered frames, and we joked about sticking to a budget. The office is within a Cohen's Fashion Optical, but they didn't try to pressure or upsell me. I was in and out of the office in less than an hour.

Dr Cooper was great for an exam - I ended up getting my frames somewhere else and they were very helpful with making sure I had all the info I needed for my prescription.
