Nicole was fantastic. Incredibly patient through multiple visits as I sought to find a hearing aid that worked well for me. We tried-3 different aids, multiple visits with each:-During each visit, she wowed me with her knowledge about the space, empathy, and calm demeanor. For all future hearing aid visits, I will be seeing her.

With clinical expertise in the areas of amplification, aural rehabilitation, and electrophysiology, Nicole Genser, AuD, CCC-A, provides audiological services at the Center for Hearing and Communication to both children and adults. Additionally, Dr. Genser actively contributes to various CHC outreach and community-education initiatives. Dr. Genser also has a strong foundation in research and advocacy, having presented and published at both state and national levels on accessibility for young adults and healthcare professionals with hearing loss in postsecondary settings. She earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from Montclair State University and completed her fourth year residency at CHC. She continues to serve as an executive board member with the New Jersey State Hearing Loss Association of America.

Nicole was fantastic. She is knowledgeable, patient, & truly attentive to my needs. She made the fitting process for my new hearing aids seamless, explained everything clearly & ensured the settings were perfect for me. So grateful for her care!

Excellent. Nicole was so thoughtful, thorough, knowledgeable and caring. Explained everything as we went through the hearing test. She was clear with her explanations of what we were doing, why and what it meant for my hearing. I would highly recommend!

My visit was very smooth! I was nervous at first, but Nicole was incredibly sweet and explained the whole process to me in detail. She was super knowledgeable and was happy to take any questions I had. I would definitely come back again!
