Dr. Nicole Tsang sees primary care as an active partnership with her patients, with a goal of focusing on education, wellness and disease prevention.
During her residency at UCLA, she saw patients from all walks of life, leading to a wide scope of training. At Circle Medical, she practices full spectrum of primary care and treats her patients as a whole, with a particular interest in behavioral health and musculoskeletal issues.
Born in San Francisco and raised in the East Bay, Dr. Tsang understands the environmental and workplace culture that is unique to the Bay Area. She enjoys cooking, yoga, and international travel.

Dr. Tsang is seriously the best PCP I’ve EVER had. Not only is she extremely personable, she’s thorough, knowledgeable & caring. I seriously walked in with a laundry list of concerns that my previous pcp didn’t address & I walked out 30 minutes later with every issue addressed. Not once did I feel rushed or judged. Plus, the office is super modern & the app is quick and easy to use.

The doctor is great! The nurse is terrible and not proficient at all..the nurse gave me two shots to get blood for test but all failed... never have that happened in my previous experience at all... feel very awkward to see her eyes! And she told me to go to LabCorp to do that again.. so I have three times pains for blood withdrawal. I am so unsatisfied... but doctor’s advice is really great

I recently moved to SF so didn't have a PCP to go to for pain I was experiencing in my hip/leg. Found Dr. Tsang on zocdoc and made an appointment for this issue specifically but also as a trial to see if she can be my PCP going forward. The office is very modern and clean and she saw me promptly. The "cubicle" set up is interesting but I didn't mind it. I found the visit to be just a notch up on a teledoc experience or googling on webmd. It was less than 30 min and she barely touched me, gave me the diagnosis but didn't provide much in terms of treatment. I was in severe pain and she just told me to look online for various types of stretch therapy. Then *I* had to suggest that I take pain medication and perhaps look into physical therapy which she then agreed. I mean, I am basically creating my own treatment plan. I went to see a medical/sports massage therapist (on my own) which was life changing. He spent an hour pinpointing and treating the pain and created a customized stretch routine. I will not be going back to this doctor who clearly is not invested in my well being (did not even check in to see how I am doing) . The app they make you use is utter crap.
