The wait time was great, wasn't there long. The nurse who took my blood was great, but the Dr. seem to be disengaged in my concerns, her back was turned away from me the entire time other than to swab me. I also requested that I didn't want any assistants in the room while the examination was being done because I was uncomfortable but she stated that she could not do that which I have never heard of.
I did appreciate the early appointment time and the staff outside of the Doctor.. I probably wouldn't go back to that Doctor but I will find someone else within Kelsey Seybold

I came in really needing some empathy after having a hard time with a severe illness, and that’s not what I encountered unfortunately. I needed a person to listen to me not just tell me my vitals looked fine and I need to get rest to feel better (I obviously know I need rest I wanted an actual game plan since I was coming in and paying to see a medical professional). I came in with high hopes after being in urgent care and minute clinics, and I left very disappointed.

I picked her because it said that she specializes in mental health, but I ultimately don’t feel like I will return because of her tone of voice and answers to me when speaking with me about mental health issues and being quick to dismiss what I was saying. As a patient, I did not feel understood.

This was my first time at this clinic. I was able to get an appointment for a physical on short notice and had no wait at any point during my visit, either when I first arrived or when I went to the lab for blood work. Very efficient and pleasant visit!

Staff was very friendly. Doctor was extremely nice, professional, and insightful. Wait time was really short. Building and offices were super clean and organized. I’ll be back!

Everyone I met at the office was so nice and kind until I got to the actual doctor. As soon as she saw my weight she wrote me off and didn't listen to anything I had to say. I'm actively working with a dietician but Dr Phan gave me a series of not helpful and sometimes dangerous advice. She didn't listen to me and instead spouted a bunch of super generic advice that wouldn't be applicable to me at all. She assumed because of my weight I didn't know how cardio worked or what a vegetable was, I guess.
She's probably great if you are super thin but if you're a fat patient, go somewhere else.
