The office is very open and modern looking. I had an appointment and didn't have to wait long. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. I didn't feel that the technician taking my baseline results was very attentive to cleanliness though; I told them I had a possible eye infection and they wiped off the eye chart reader glasses with a paper towel to clean them off before and after I used it. They also tested my eye pressure by touching the irritated eye first THEN the eye not giving me any problems. The doctor was nice and informative. She spent less than five minutes with me but seemed thorough in the exam. She prescribed medicine and a follow-up; I'm wary based on my experiences before I met her, but will return based on her level of service and knowledge.

She was raised in Central New Jersey and stayed in NJ for her undergraduate and medical training. She graduated from Rutgers- Robert Wood Johnson Medical School as part of the 7-year Accelerated BA/MD program. She then went to Royal Oak, Michigan to complete her internship year and ophthalmology residency at William Beaumont Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident during her last year. She has moved back to New Jersey and lives with her husband in Jersey City.

Dr. Cutler was great. However, Clifton Eye Care as a practice was very unprofessional and frustrating. This practice was the most disorganized practice I've ever seen. I had to come in 2 different times to get the services I had scheduled for the first appointment. Both times, I had to wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes+. On top of that, I feel like I was ripped off because even though I had insurance I was charged an unreasonable amount for a 5 minute discussion about contacts and then another reasonable amount to replace lenses in my personal frames that I had bought somewhere else. Then, they wanted me to come in a third time to check on my contacts, even though that would've prevented me from ordering contacts before my insurance ran out at the end of the month. Very upset about this experience.

Very professional office staff , very good examinations and doctor cuttler was very caring and her concern for her patient was very professional , The office was also very organized and well trained staff. I would recommend eye care to friends and family. Great visit,

Dr. Cuttler was very professional and had a great mannerism. She explained everything I needed to know in detail - she was extremely nice. The nurse or practitioner was a little standoffish, but it was 7:45 in the morning, not everyone is pleasant that early - the secretary who was verifying my benefits got on my last nerves with her personal conversations with the other receptionist while I was trying to obtain my benefit information.
