Recently, I went to Dr. Badalov's office for a procedure. Not only is he a professional at his job, but also, he is a caring man, who takes all your pain and injuries to heart, therefore helping you to the best of his abilities. Furthermore, the crew he chose to work with resembles his kind nature. From the assistants at the front desk to the anesthesiologist, they were all reassuring and treated me with genuine care. They comforted me to the point that I felt completely relaxed before the procedure. I want to thank Dr. Badalov for doing such a great job with, not only by being the best doctor and man, but also his office and all its employees.

It was my first visit with Dr. Nison Badalov. He is absolutely wonderful : listened very carefully and answered my questions very patiently too.
The doctor has an amazing bedside manner. I was terrified even to talk about possible procedures. Now I feel much more relaxed about them. His staff is great too - his assistant Gulya and the girls at the reception . The office is nice and clean.

Nison Badalov MD, recently joined the practice after developing skills in Advanced Endoscopy, ERCP and Endoscopic Ultrasound. With a background in Liver Transplantation from Mount Sinai Medical Center, this well rounded gastroenterologist offers the ability to provide both excellence in common clinical conditions such as colorectal cancer screening and peptic ulcer disease, and more complex diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, including pancreatic-biliary disease.

I made this appointment last Sunday for 2/4/18 at 2 pm. I received two confirmations during the week about the appt. I showed up at 1:40 pm only to be told that this doctor never shows up until at least 3:30 pm. They had a full 7 days to warn me about this and wait until I showed up to tell me this. I wouldnt bother going here again....

Dr. Badalov and his office run a perfect mix between professional and down-to-earth. The staff talk to you on the level, making sure you understand what's going on and offering realistic advice about outpatient procedures and scheduling and other bookkeeping. The doctor himself is straight-laced and will listen and respond like a real human being.
An interesting quirk I found is that Dr. Badalov will summarize all the important details of your consultation in a voice recording at the end of it. It's honestly impressive to me as it demonstrates how well he was paying attention to everything.

Upon entering the office, I was immediately greeted by the women at the front desk and they were very friendly. I had to sign a few forms since I'd completed most of the paperwork on Zocdoc before my appointment. I waited approximately 5 minutes before I was called in. Dr. Badalov was very friendly, he asked questions to gather background information but he also listened--extremely well and memorized everything that I told him as I watched him repeat it back into a recorder where he could keep adequate documentation of our visit. I was very impressed and happy with my visit.
