I had difficulty with the websitess. There are 3 sites and I needed better directions on each. I received so many messages it was confusing. I also am not sure if the referral I need was ever received by my doctor.
This doctor did go the extra mile to get me on her appointment and some treatment. She explained clearly the medication prescribed. Based on this first encounter I believe I will feel comfortable with her as my doctor.

Worst interaction with this office. I called for two weeks straight every day at least one time but sometimes two times. No one ever answered or returned calls. No communication prior to appointment.

The staff was courteous and professional. My wait time to see the doctor wasn’t too long. The nurse was also very thorough and didn’t brush off anything that I was telling her. And the doctor was extremely kind and listened to what I had to say also. So happy to have found a new PCP who listens.

Dr. E is great! She is very through and makes sure she gives you the time you need to understand what's going on. I've been seeing Dr E virtually since the virus has been going on and her level of service has not changed. Shes a great doctor!

She is strictly professional. Not a bad thing but kind of not what you want in a doctor's visit. She tried to soften her tone but it still was dry. The receptionists and the nurse practitioner were more, I want to say nice but the doc wasn't necessarily mean just disconnected. She's honest though, and direct.

I am utterly disappointed. After giving Dr. Edokpayi multiple chances with three different visits, I’ve determined that lateness, unprofessionalism, and lack of urgency are just constants in her office. I waited nearly over a week to get test results back that were supposed to take 24-48 hours and I also had to go back and get more blood drawn for a test that they “forgot” to complete. I have YET to receive those results and my appointment was in the middle of February. It is now late March. Dr.Edokpayi showed little concern for the severe pain I was in and she showed up an hour after my appointment was scheduled. This put me in a bind with my job and my boss. I’ll never go back. It’s really unfortunate because as a Black woman, I only feel comfortable supporting Black female doctors. Dr. Edokpayi is not the first bad doctor I’ve experienced since being in Houston as of July 2018. This is extremely disheartening.

Dr. Edokpayi was very professional and very thorough. My past doctors were not as thorough and rushed me. Dr. Edokpayi took her time and assessed me completely and her nurse practitioner intern patience was great as well. Dr. Edokpayi was really nice and her staff is pretty good. They made sure I could afford my medicine and Lakeyla even called back to make sure I was able to get my medicine without any issues. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Edokpayi.

After being rescheduled by the office three times over the course of the past two and a half weeks, I am not sure how I feel about Dr. E. My appointment was delayed today because she was at the hospital. She seemed rushed due to this delay and I just don't have much of an opinion after waiting all this time.

I love her! She listens to all that I have to say and works to find an appropriate treatment for it. She is far more compassionate and professional than a lot of other doctors I have had in the past.
