Dr. Perales is board certified Family Doctor. Prior to opening Live Well Family Medicine in Chandler, AZ she worked as a primary care physician and urgent care physician for the Maricopa Integrated Health System in Phoenix, AZ and for Kaiser Permanente in northern California. She completed her family practice residency training at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Washington where she was elected Chief Resident and received the Excellence in Community Award. As a family doctor, Dr. Perales addresses complex chronic medical conditions as well as acute medical problems such as the common cold or acute back pain. She will also help you stay in optimal health.
