Dana Klein who goes by Dane I began practicing medicine in 2019 with a focus on family medicine, and clinical interest in osteopathic manipulative medicine, neuromusculoskeletal medicine and preventive medicine. I am board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Board of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. I received my undergraduate degree at the University of California Santa Cruz, and completed the Pre-Health Post-Baccalaureate Certification Program at San Francisco State University. I attended medical school at Midwestern University’s Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, AZ. I completed a family medicine residency at Franciscan Health in Olympia Fields, IL, and a second residency in neuromusculoskeletal medicine at Midwestern University Multispecialty Clinic in Glendale, AZ. I empower patients to partner in their healthcare by providing education, utilizing preventive guidelines, and exploring treatment options to assist in living to their full potential. To that effect, I employ an osteopathic, comprehensive approach to patient care in order to facilitate patients in managing their health rather than disease. In addition to medical management, I utilize osteopathic manipulative treatments in numerous aspects of patient care, whether it be for integrative pain management, enhancing range of motion, and/or restoring health within musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, neuropathic, or lymphatic disorders. How I stay healthy and happy I enjoy stretching, reading, ballroom dancing, resistance exercise. In my free time, I also enjoy traveling with family, exploring local cuisine, camping, hiking, teaching and precepting medical students and residents, coffee roasting, domino tournaments, and playing with my son.
