Dr. Sroa was kind and personable during my visit, and I initially felt heard. Unfortunately, that wasn’t reflected in the visit notes afterward.
The notes say that I declined treatment and chose to continue using an over-the-counter ointment, which simply didn’t happen. No treatment was offered, and I never declined anything.
I was very clear that I was there for a second opinion because the PA I previously saw did not give an accurate diagnosis and a 30-day prescribed treatment had already failed. That context seems to have been missed completely.
It was frustrating to read notes that didn’t match what actually happened, especially since accurate records are so important in healthcare.

Bare Dermatology was great! I got 5 skin tags removed. My insurance did not cover the removal since it was considered cosmetic, but my appointment was at 10:15 and I was done by 11! Highly recommend!

Terrible experience. Unprofessional. Walked in, not greated until 5 minutes after standing at the window. Prescriptions sent a few days after even though they said it was being sent while i was in the office. They sent them to a different pharmacy than what they said they would. They even gave me a paper to the wrong pharmacy. Staff were rude. They didn’t know how much to collect at check out. Not sure if I will come back.

This is one of the best dermatology offices I’ve ever been too! The staff was absolutely gracious and so easy to talk to. They are very professional and proactive. Well done! We will definitely return and ensure we tell our coworkers and friends.
