Dr Hsia was very pleasant,relax and personable. She took her time to go through all my issues and answered all questions in details. She was generous with her feedback and time.She even called me a couple of days after the appointment to see how I was doing and if the sample meds she gave works for me!

She was very comforting and did not judge me. I'm so tired of Dr.'s judging me and scolding me, but Olivia didn't. You can talk openly (even about God if you want) and you can't find that in other Dr's who are to afraid to stray from "proper edicate". She spent a GREAT deal of time with me, and I didn't feel rushed. She even gave me a sample of a medicine I needed which had nothing to do with the visit. I felt like a human being, and not a subject. I would highly recommend her to those who want to talk openly about their issue.

Doctor used "god bless" and "peace" in her conversations with me. It was both rest assuring and kind for a professional to do that. She discussed prescriptions thoroughly and made sure I understood them/use before I left the office.
