It was a very pleasant visit....actually a WONDERFUL visit. The Doctor was patience, comforting, and professional along with his assistance. I will return next year for another annual appointment. Tracey was Awesome and Great, as she greeted me when I arrived and handled all of my paper work...LOVE her!!! The entire staff was very kind and extremely helpful.

They were running behind that day, so i ended up waiting 54 minutes. I was really annoyed, I would have walked out if i didn't take Uber there. When they finally took me to the back, the two assistants made one of the most inconvenient situation into bearable and then great by the end. The doctor was very helpful and really nice. So in the end it worked out.

Very good doctor when it comes be rectifying the problem but the staff is very unorganized. My appointment was at 9am, the doctor didn’t arrive until 10:45am - not acceptable at all. He trains interns and your appointment will last even longer because of this. While he is a great doctor, being late, staff is unorganized and unprofessional, I will NOT be returning. The fastest way to lose patients would be to not value their time and not have professional staff especially when you have their medical records in plain view so other patients can see. ??

I should have listened to the other reviews. This place was extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I was asked to leave a urine sample, but the box was already filled with other samoles, disgusting!!!

They recently changed locations so I showed up at the wrong place then had to travel up the street to new location. They were still trying to organize themselves in the office when I did arrive. They had no sign in Sheet and made me fill out all the paperwork I previously completed through zocdoc. I had a 9 am appointment and the doctor didn't even show up until 10:20. Then despite being the first to arrive, I was third in line to even get my vitals taken and was told there was one person ahead of me. It was way too disorganized for my taste.

long wait for a point less visit. he is now only a fertility doctor he no longer delivers babies or specialize in ob care.he refers you to another ob most dont accept your insurance. I was disappointed he did make me feel welcomed and his staff were very disorganized.

These people are very nice, but very confused and disorganized. After an appointment with them, you have to spend weeks trying to get your test results. No one seems to follow through on anything. To top it off, the office is extremely dirty.
