I truly view most of this staff as family. When I tell you that as long as NP Shonte Drakeford and Esther are on board, i'm not budging. Because I am an introvert, this office works perfectly for me. It is always just right, not too crowded, very quiet, very clean and full of wonderful, warm, and smiling staff. I'd recommend this office again and again.

My experience was phenomenal from start to finish. My provider is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, very well versed in explaining health issues, medical jargon and a wonderful listener. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable with all answers to any questions I had and was very detailed in her own personal note-taking of my concerns. Her professional approach and how she did not rush me were incomparable to anyone else that I can recall with previous providers.
I would emphatically recommend her to anyone seeking a professional with compassion, a flexible appointment schedule and excellent bedside manner. I couldn’t be more satisfied and ecstatic to have met and now accepted her as my new PCP!!
