This doctor is highly recommeded however wait time is exhausting. They do not follow appointment time. I waitied over 2 hrs and 30 mins for two seperate referrals to go to his other office for two seperate days and the othrroffice wait time is just as worse. Otherwise he is a great doctor but wait time is unacceptable.

Since this practice is in my neighborhood, I decided to give them a try. However, on the day of my first appointment, the office called and told me the doctor would not be in. The following week, I called and askedthem to fax a doctor's note to my supervisor stating that I had an appointment that day and it was cancelled on their end. I was told that I would not receive a note until after I reschedule and have been seen by the doctor. No thank you! I'll take my business elsewhere.

Wouldn't recommend here ever unless it's a emergency. Had a appointment for 3:30 got there at 3 didn't get seen til 5:02. The whole time the doctor wasn't even in, he came or showed up at 4:30 like it was cool.

The office staff did not operate in a very professional manner. Their attitude seems to carry the complacency of the Caribbean. As a matter of fact I called twice and left messages for the doctor to call me back and neverreceived a return call. I wanted to discuss something about my procedures. I called a third time and this was to request a transfer of all my medical records to another doctor. I was completely disappointed so I changed physicians.

My appointment was for 5pm; I arrived 45 minutes prior to my appointment and wasn't seen until 7:30pm. The doctor has miss billed my insurance and because they are to lazy to re-bill using the correct billing codes they decided tosend me a bill for the service, NEVER AGAIN!

While he is an informed doctor, his bedside manner needs help. Apparently a medical student came into my room first to ask me a series of questions. When Dr. Badero arrived, he ignored me and was rough with the student. WhenI saw that he was not interested in greeting me, I tried to take the initiative to introduce myself to him. He came off annoyed, waved his hand and told me that he was trying to teach the student. After a few minutes, he then looked up, as if I just magically entered the room, and put on a fake smile and greeted me. Very strange. I work in a medical school so I know how students are taught to deal with their patients and this is not the way.

He was a nice doctor but picked up his cell phone while he was in the room with me. I didn't think he really cared about my illness because he is more of a cardiologist than anything.
