Very easy process and I was searching far and wide for a better solution to finding a PCP. Uploading your insurance card/ID makes the process go much faster. I was able to search for which type of doctor I wanted and then, I had to add them as my PCP on the other app I use (Molina Healthcare.) If for some reason that your insurance is not accepted, it cancels the appointment on its own; which saves me from another schedule appointment to be only turned away due to my insurance not being taken. Also, you can schedule/cancel your appointment with the Zocdoc app, so use it to your benefit. The “one stop shop” for everything health care. 10/10, must try again!
