I did all the things zocdoc asked of me to set and confirm this appointment. I got to my appointment and was told the doctor/PA didn’t show up that day. Rude of the office not to make calls to any patients with an appointment for the day. I was then told she couldn’t even see me for the reasons I scheduled the appointment for in the first place. The desk clerk, while friendly, didn’t show any real concern for being stood up for an appointment which I find unprofessional.

I can’t really leave a review for this exact doctor. But I will say don’t use this app, or if you do make sure you call to verify exactly what they do at their office. The website says she’s a dermatologist that does skin cancer screenings. I drove 30 minutes to them just to be told they are a primary and they would refer me out and that they do not provide skin cancer screenings. It was an absolute waste of my time. However the lady that helped me was very nice.

Faith was absolutely so sweet and made me feel very comfortable discussing my pain & treatment plan. The office however was not the best… the staff seemed very distracted, disorganized, and overall not very welcoming as I was a new patient.

Dr. Faith Stewart was so welcoming and willing to listen to my problems. Most doctors I’ve seen in the past has always just summed up all my problems to my weight. I get it, I’m a heavy set individual and it’s a factor to my health problems. But, unlike past doctors, Dr. Stewart was willing to listen to my actual problems and go beyond to try to get to the core problem instead of applying band-aid to my symptoms. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Despite having a lot of anxiety about the appointment and ending up needing immediate medical intervention, Faith was kind, compassionate, and thorough. My partner chose to visit her as well after sitting through the appointment with me.

I do NOT recommend using Epic Health for any healthcare needs. Even though the PA (Faith) was pleasant and seemed to be thorough, my experience with Epic Health was quite a joke. The office operates terribly. Front staff is not eager or urgent to assist upon entering the office. They lost my bloodwork and then lost my stool sample, so I had to return to their office multiple times, all within a week, to have both of these tests redone due to their error. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Faith is such a personal and professional provider, I’m so grateful I came across her. She’s incredibly thorough and she communicates with the doctor on hand and she is so knowledgeable even before she does so. I look forward to my future appointments with her.

The staff were very attentive and kind. The wait time was a bit longer than I expected. However, it was clear that everyone was doing their best to get things done in a timely manner.
