When I arrived using zocdoc for pre registration, they said it was a third party registration process. So they didn't accept it. So I had to still register via their website. So using Zocdoc really did nothing for the registration process!

I made an appointment for 3:45 - and was in and out in about 1/2 an hour.
My concerns were addressed - problem diagnosed and treated in office.

The Doctor Who told me that I had influenza B made me feel bad for not coming in sooner, and then he told me I should only have a fever for three days with influenza B, and when I was trying to tell him that it was my fourth day with a fever, he just kept dismissing me and telling me that it only last three days. The nurses and assistants were absolutely amazing. I just wish the doctor didn’t make it. Feel like it was my fault for not coming in sooner and undermining my illness. I also complained of really bad chest pain and on my paperwork it said that I did not complain of chest pain at all. I’m pretty sure that’s pretty important.

Chad and the team at Beaumont Urgent Care in Warren are really great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. If I had them everytime, I wouldn’t complain!

It was definitely much better that going to ER. I booked ahead which gets you in much faster. I messed up and booked at wrong facility and they switched it to the one I was at and canceled the other. Everyone was nice and accommodating.

The doctor barely looked at my daughter and claimed that she only had an upper respiratory infection after only testing her for the flu which didn’t make sense with the symptoms I gave to the doctor. The day after her appointment she had a 105 degree fever and her resting heart rate was 165. I took her for a second opinion, and they diagnosed her with pneumonia and gave her antibiotics which finally helped our kiddo out. I will never return to this urgent care. I’m super disappointed and frustrated that my concerns for my child weren’t heard by the medical “professional”. The nurse was great who did come into the room and the front desk was nice.
