Visited the office for neck and shoulder pain. I made the appointment through Zocdoc, arrived 15 min before the appointment time and was seen less than 10 minutes later. The nurse brought me into the exam room and took my history and the PA was in the room within 5 minutes. After the exam x-rays were performed immediately and the PA was already reviewing them with me right after returning to the exam room.
Front office staff were very nice and processed a new patient quickly and efficiently.
Nurse, PA and the radiologist were thorough and professional.
This appointment was for 6:45. When I arrived there were only a couple of patients before me but by the time I left there had been a good number of additional walk ins so it did get busier.

Amazing! I was seen within 10 minutes of my arrival. Intake was immediate and comprehensive, followed by x-rays and a thorough exam by Kristen, the wonderful PA. She patiently and compassionately diagnosed my situation and promptly arranged for the necessary treatment. I would highly recommend this orthopedic after hours urgent care to anyone in need.

It was so efficient. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes with all the information I needed. Because it’s during their weekend hours, it’s walk-in and you see a PA but it was just as good, if not better, than seeing a MD. PA Kristin and her medical assistant were amazing. Super appreciate their empathy, humor and great communication. The front desk staff were informative and efficient. It was a great experience overall!

The convenience factor of them being able to see someone right away is what got my attention. I didn't know that they had an "urgent care" office, so to find out that fact was even better. The on-call doctor/PA was very helpful.
