Normally I extremely dislike going to any doctor… HOWEVER, my first time at this place- it was absolutely a fine oiled machine in there. From a great parking spot, to a wonderful girl checking me in and very kindly helping with signing me in and all that business. Sat down 30 seconds i was called to pay the co-pay. Sat down maybe 2 minutes- called me in a room, answered questions, got X-ray, got back in room and boom—- the doctor arrived. My appt was 10:00, i got there 9:35. The doctor was in my room at 10:00!! NICE! Loved the doctor and everybody else in there doing their thing???? Well oiled machine????

We saw Dr. Ding for a second opinion on our son's foot and ankle intoe position since it was interfering with his physical activities/sports. Dr. Ding was very attentive and took his time addressing all of our concerns. He reassured us from the x-rays performed, that what we were worried about is something that can be corrected with some Physical Therapy and exercises to strengthen his leg and foot muscles, rather than any surgery we were afraid he may have to undergo. Thank you very much for your patience and detailed consultation, Dr. Ding, and many thanks to your team for each of their very warm and welcoming care during our visit. We left your office feeling like the diagnosis and prescribed treatment is a promising and proactive step towards correcting our son's foot and ankle problems, and we look forward to our follow up visit with you.
