Dr. Molina ordered a non-routine lab work and told me i dont have to pay anything for my annual visit. Turned out I had to pay for that non-routine lab work because the insurance didnt cover it. I trusted the doctor words that I didnt have to pay, I am not happy about this lie.

I was very pleased with all personnel and the doctor was extremely helpful and nice. He answered all my questions and helped me with some concerns I had. It was my first visit and I will continue to have him as my PCP. It was worth the one and a half hour drive.

I left the office feeling extremely pleased with Dr. Molina and the whole staff; HOWEVER, I called about 30 min after my appointment because I was told by one of his staff members that my labs would be updated after 5 minutes and they were not. I get that was a bit presumptuous, but I’ve been stressed about my condition for a while. I was then sent a message by Dr. Molina stating something along the lines of do not expect a follow up to labs nor imaging for 5-7 days. Unless it is critical, he will f/up within a reasonable amount of time. Calling right after my appointment adds stress to him and the staff and to be patient/considerate and he’ll get to me when he can. I feel so let down, what an extremely rude man. The staff is wonderful though!

We are in absolute disbelief with the lack of care from Dr Oscar Molina. We were new patients and he canceled on us not once but twice. We have had to wait over 1 month for our appointments and take time off work TWICE. The first cancellation apparently he was sick - we were gracious about it but this newly scheduled appointment ( the first available reschedule was 3 weeks after the first) we found out 1 hour before our appointment. So disappointed as it is not easy to always get time off work. Please don't accept new patients if you don't want new patients!

The wait before my name was called was very minimal. Dr. Oscar Molina was a great listener, all of my concerns were addressed and the appointments scheduled. Very kind and patient office. I had a great experience with everyone I saw and they were impeccably well-mannered. Took time to listen to a somewhat special circumstance and adjusted the visit on the spot based on my needs. Lots of clarity in communication and general friendliness was fantastic! Hard to ask for anything else in your doctor. Interesting building too, there’s a very nice cafe in the pharmacy downstairs. No anxious vibes here.

Went for my annual - great experience. He listened and took the time to answer my questions. Definitely felt he was present and not in a hurry to get to his next appointment - as can happen at many other places.
The office also was super efficient. I was in and out with blood work done in 45 mins.
