More about Dr. Ovidio Falcone, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Falcone is a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and is a member of the Council on Podiatric Medical Education. Dr. Falcone obtained his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He did his Podiatric surgical residency program at Interfaith Medical Center from 1986 to 1988, serving as Chief Resident from 1987 to 1988.
In 1998, Dr. Falcone also became The Director of the Podiatric Surgical Division and since 1990 has been the Director of Podiatric Medical Education. He has had the privilege of developing one of the strongest Podiatric Surgical Programs in the country, as well as a strong, vibrant Podiatric Surgical Service.
In addition to these responsibilities at Interfaith Medical Center, Dr. Falcone has private practices in Queens and Brooklyn. He is also on staff at Mount Sinai Hospital and The Brooklyn Hospital Center.
Dr. Falcone has also become the Chief of Podiatric surgery and Program Director for the Podiatric residency program at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, Brooklyn, N.Y., as of July 1st, 2014.

Dr. Falcone is great. He makes sure you understand exactly what is going on with what you are there for, and how to fix it. The wait time was longer, but that may also be because Dr. Falcone has newer people checking patients in.
For me personally, I needed orthotics and I was able to come back later today to see Russell who handles creating customized orthotics. He's only in on Wednesdays though. Russell scanned my foot with the iPad to make a 3D model of my feet to create the orthotics, which I'll be able to pick up at the office.
The people at the front desk were very friendly and did their best to get all of my information to make sure all of it was accurate and nothing was missed.
