Dr. Scherer was fine but the receptionist was terrible and poisoned my visit from the start. I don't wish anyone to be fired but my God, please realize the people coming in for an appointment are customers (with decent insurance in my case), not criminals or some kind of problem. I honestly felt like I was visiting a prison with the way I was treated (and I haven't even been to a prison but I just imagine it as such). The staff should all be retrained to be welcoming and kind. Try visiting a place like Bling Dental if you want to know how to treat your patients (customers). I will never go back there. And my husband and son had planned to go but we'll find somewhere else. So they just lost three customers, not just one.
