To feel sad or to feel anxious every now and then are all normal feelings in the spectrum of human emotions, such as feelings of happiness or feeling content. However, if the negative feelings start to overwhelm you, bring you down, and negatively impact your daily life, your relationships and your work, it is an indication of something more serious. As a licensed therapist I am able to work with you, to help you understand specific problems, find solutions and to help you change your life situation.
Not only my training as a psychologist, but the work in different settings, such as hospital inpatient settings and outpatient clinics, helped me gain a rich experience in treating various disorders and its symptoms with various populations.
My experience and my training enable me to help you in my private office to find the solutions that best fits you as an individual.
I have lived with my family in the Upper East Side of Manhattan for 15 years and have a wonderful connection to the City and the Community.
My Practice is currently in network with several insurances, however we work as an out of network provider as well. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to my office.
