LOVE THIS DOCTOR, but UH needs to train their receptionist on scheduling and answering phones. Phones mostly go to voice mail and they may or may not call you back, and most times when you want to make an appointment they can't schedule for a week, doesn't help when emergency room says see your doctor in two days to remove packing. Sometimes if you can see the doctor in a day or so the emergency room can be avoided. They need to schedule appointments with that in mind, otherwise, what do you need a FAMILY doctor for? I know Dr. Janovick can not change his staff. But he is a caring doctor.

Visit was great, Dr. J was fantastic and extremely helpful and seemed to actually care more than most doctors I've dealt with.

Dr Janovick is the best doctor I have ever seen!! He is very smart yet personable man. Dr Janovick diagnosed me with lyme's disease after I was seen at the Cleveland Clinic and they told me nothing was wrong. He is understaffed, however, and it is very difficult to get in touch with him. I know a lot of older people that are his patients and cannot use this online service to book an appointment.
