Patrick and I have a wonderful relationship and I can't imagine my weeks without these sessions. They are important and necessary. The work is helping me a great deal. This session in particular was very enlightening.

I work well with individuals who are interested in gaining insights into their psychology in order to live more fulfilled, realized, and happier lives. I am particularly interested in professionals who are suffering from depression, anxiety, emptiness, or anger resulting from stress and dissatisfaction with career and relationships. I have a particular interest in working with artists and creatives, helping to unlock and understand your imaginative potential.
My approach to treatment is interactive, emotionally attuned, and mindful. I am keenly interested in your attachment to family and significant others. I have advanced training in Relational Psychoanalysis, working with Borderline and Narcissistic Personality Disorders, as well as attachments and Attachment Disorders.
I will focus on your primary problem but also on what underlies it. My practice focuses on Relational Psychoanalytic techniques. I ask questions, interpret, and consider different perspectives to develop a narrative of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I encourage exploration of dreams, daydreams, and free associations.
I received my Masters and Doctorate from The New School and completed my post-graduate training at the Northwell: Zucker Hillside Hospital inpatient service. I have worked in a number of New York City hospitals including Zucker Hillside, Lenox Hill, and Beth Israel. Visit my website for more information.
