The only negative thing that happened was there were two documents that they said they didn't get from the ZocDoc packet that I know was filled out and sent over, so I had to take the time to fill them out again. The actual visit with the doctor went very well.

Dr. English attended Weber State University graduating magna cum laude with a major in Zoology and a minor in Chemistry. Dr. English attended medical school at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and after graduation, completed an internship in Pediatrics at the University of Utah and Primary Children's Medical Center. Dr. English completed a Dermatology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and served as Chief Resident. Dr. English is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and holds a lifetime certificate. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. English has been practicing medicine in Arizona for over 23 years. He opened English Dermatology in Ahwatukee in 1997 and added an office in Gilbert in 2000.
Dr. English was voted locally as Best Dermatologist in Arizona Foothills magazine in 2011. He has won 5 placements in the Top Docs Phoenix Magazine, and has also appeared in multiple national publications, such as Good Housekeeping and Prevention Magazine.
Dr. English is active in his church and has spent years working with young people. He volunteers and performs humanitarian work with his wife for an NGO, Care for Life that serves the people in Mozambique, Africa. Vistit went well overall thanks to the doctor. The frustrating thing was taking the time to fill out forms on ZocDoc just to get there and the office say they didn't get them and that I would have to fill out a bunch of froms there, which made the visit a lot longer.
The girl who took us back to a room diagnosed on the spot without looking up close and then said, I will get the doctor to confirm, but that is what it is. I felt like I should just get up and leave, why see the doctor when the girl who took us to the room knows it all? Why pay the doctor bill if it is so easy and stupid that we even came in? The doctor said it was something else, but she asked for billing if it should just be the term she diagnosed and the doctor said yes. Not sure which it was? The assistant makes me not want to return, but the doctor was awesome!
