Prior to having my tonsillectomy with Dr. Jones, I had 2 office visits with him, and I never waited for him. He was always RIGHT on time. As far as the tonsillectomy goes, I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon! His coblation method of tonsil removal is the best out there. He has the greatest personality and bed side manner. I love the guy--he's the best!!

Dr Jones is always pleasant and nice. Making sure you understand and if you have any questions. He is a new doctor for my family and he makes you feel comfortable in the decision of choosing him as your doctor. I'mvery happy with his services. Never a long wait time 10 minutes or less. The staff in his office is the same way. You can feel the concern that they all have.

Dr. Jones was pleasant, gentle and helpful, as was the nurse assisting him. The exam room was a bit small and crowded, could use some expansion.
