From his office/medical staff to himself everyone was such a pleasure to deal with. I forgot my son's referral and they helped me get it instead of telling me to reschedule. Then the nurses we're so kind and made my son feel so comfortable. Dr. Jones was amazing with my son and our whole family really. When other doctors saw my son they were so fast to suggest taking him to get tubes. Dr. Jones took the time to run all the proper tests first. The ladies who administered his hearing test were also wonderful. So kind and patient with my stubborn son who decided he was not going to take the test. Turns out he doesn't need tubes! Dr. Jones said he will recheck in 3 months but for now he doesn't think it is best to cut my son. Many doctors would have just done the procedure whether or not he really needed it. Thank you for a great experience all around!

Dr Jones is always pleasant and nice. Making sure you understand and if you have any questions. He is a new doctor for my family and he makes you feel comfortable in the decision of choosing him as your doctor. I'm very happy with his services. Never a long wait time 10 minutes or less. The staff in his office is the same way. You can feel the concern that they all have.

Dr Jones is a highly professional, knowledgeable Physician. His manner is very comforting as he puts you at ease. He explains thoroughly and you never feel rushed. I came home leaving all my concerns behind. I am very pleased.

Prior to having my tonsillectomy with Dr. Jones, I had 2 office visits with him, and I never waited for him. He was always RIGHT on time. As far as the tonsillectomy goes, I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon! His coblation method of tonsil removal is the best out there. He has the greatest personality and bed side manner. I love the guy--he's the best!!

Adam, my special needs, had his tonsils & adenoids out by Dr. Jones. Dr. Jones’ bedside manner was excellent & gained my sons trust immediately!
