I am happy with everything about my experience except the wait (My appointment was at 9:00 a.m. and I was seen after 9:30. I am also disappointed for having to pay a contact lens fitting fee as a new patient when I needed prescription for the exact same brand and fit of contact lens. I don't feel the doctor did anything to actually fit me in the contacts other than the eye exam to determine the prescription.

Both Dr. Klein and Dr. Chiang were very professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing and all the options that were available to me. Also, the office staff were very friendly.

Paul Klein OD is a 1979 graduate of the New England College of Optometry. Dr. Klein is in private group practice specializing in contact lens care, laser vision correction, and therapeutic optometry in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Klein is the founding editor of Optometry Today magazine and is an Adjunct Professor of Optometry at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Klein’s professional achievements include President of the Broward County Optometric Association, Chair of the American Optometric Association Contact Lens and Cornea Section, and election to the National Academies of Practice. Dr. Klein has lectured and published nationally and internationally at various conferences and symposia. In addition he has participated as an investigator and consultant for numerous investigational clinical trials of contact lenses and contact lens care solutions.

Overpriced for the care received, I went here because it was close to my house but next time I think I'll just go to LensCrafters or another major chain. Don't come if you want to get in quick.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Stay away is my best advice. I used Dr. Klein while I was out of town. ZocDoc is great for finding doctors. But the treatment I received from him was less than adequate. I visited my local doctor once I got home to make sure things were OK.
