Dr. Christian Salazar earned his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Central Florida in 2017. He then completed his Doctor of Optometry degree at Nova Southeastern University in 2023. Outside of work, Dr. Salazar is passionate about traveling and ocean conservation. He also enjoys staying active through Muay Thai and Krav Maga. As a car enthusiast, he loves exploring the world of motorsports and racing.

The person whose job is to verify my insurance coverage was rude from the start as if she did t want to do her job, I verified that the place was in-network with my insurance and I showed her literally from the app that the doctor and the place was covered and showed my covered deductible. She was rude, and was pussy the whole time she was on the phone trying to dial the number I provided her and showed her from the back of my insurance card. She ended up hanging up and stated “I can’t get a hold or find her info” so hats off coz I’m in the same app the whole time and showing her the active insurance card with details where it states “In-network” and she tries to tell me I’m not covered! I looked at the other attendant that was helping me initially, and advised, I will pay cash since she can’t be bothered to do her job. She should go ahead and quit and allow people who actually want to work do the job that she incompetently cannot.

I will never go back there. As I felt Dr. Salazar really could care less and had no knowledge of me. Maybe if he read the notes first it would have been different
