Everyone in the office is polite and professional. Relaxed atmosphere and Dr. Ross is very easy to understand. Took a good deal of time explaining treatment options.
The visit to doctor Ross was absolutely excellent! The doctor is very knowledgeable, he does know his business, pays attention to each detail, good listener and advisor with detailed explanations. Even patient’s situation can be serious enough, he is wonderful human being and give you as patient a lot of moral support. Absolutely highly recommended!
Friendly, competent and accessible. Would recommend this team for any foot issues (especially for fellow long distance runners, since heaven knows we all have them!).
Friendly, caring and professional.
Surgery on my toe was brilliant, painless, and Dr, Ross explained every step and aspect throughout the procedure. I highly recommend him.
Excellent. Dr. Ross fully explained diagnosis of problem, X-ray, and treatment required. Plus answered any questions I had. Put's you at ease.
Warm and caring chair-side manner, took time to educate me regarding diagnosis and treatment options, attentive to questions and skilled listener. Office staff was great too. Highly recommend.
Been coming here for a few years and always get great service from them. Why go anywhere else?
Dr. Ross was excellent -- both addressing the foot issues for which I'd made the appointment and the last-minute surprise of a sprained foot from a fall the night before. As usual, he showed the perfect mix of expertise and a sense of humor! I so appreciate his willingness to answer all my questions about treatment and next steps. His staff reflects his commitment to caring for his patients!
Great doctor. Gives good practical medical advice and takes the time to explain everything. I have been working with him for years and he is creative and helps you reach the best solution for your feet at that moment in your life.

Dr. Ross has a relaxed professional manner with new patients that instills confidence. My first visit was well worth the 'wait time'. Please note: his outer office was filled with patients --- which is clear evidence that his quality of care is in high demand. J.S.
He's the best for my elderly father.
Great first experience with Dr. Ross.
Very practical. Honest. No pretense.
Very professional. Checked every part of my feet. I would see him again.
Very professional. Left with the feeling my foot issues will improve with their help.
Professional in every way. Dr. Ross has been my DPM for three years and I plan on staying with him.
Problems: (1) The office called the day I made the appointment and changed the time--several weeks in advance. The new time was never reflected in the zocdoc system. I got incorrect reminders. (2) I filled out the "paperwork" online. I got a text the day of the appt confirming that. The doctors office couldn't find it and had me fill out new forms. (3) Early appt and doctor was 45 minutes late with no explanation.
First visit was excellent - I felt well taken care of and that i was truly heard. Second visit was to pick up my new feet (orthotics) and was just as fabulous. Everyone in the office is nice, kind and welcoming. Its a breath of fresh air for a drs office.
