Very knowledgable, professional and understanding.
Excellent physician and professional staff.
We have been seeing Dr. Stoufflet for 20 years. He is one of the best listeners of any doctor we have ever seen.
He was very professional and I was in and out in no time.
This Doctor and his entire staff are a God-Send for me. Incredibly intelligent Doctor, also an Electrical Engineer which puts him light years ahead of most physicians inn not only diagnosis but understanding the subtleness of the body's full function. You cannot go wrong trusting him with your life! atxguy
Dr. Stoufflett has been my primary care physician for many years. Diagnosis, treatment follow-up and/or annual visits are always handled in a prompt and professional manner. His office is always able to handle those unexpected illnesses that need immediate attention.
Dr. Stoufflet is one awesome doctor that I would happy recommend to others. He's been my doctor for almost 20.
Dr Stoufflet was very approachable. It was my first visit and he was easy yo talk to . His staff was exceptional.
An amazing and knowledgable Doctor with a great bedside manner.
The staff was very friendly and the doctor was thorough. I think I was the last appointment of the day and he did not rush his time with me.
Dr. Stoufflet is very professional and stays on top of my diagnosis, adressing all concerns. I started seeing him while I lived in Austin; I now travel 55 miles each visit after moving, as I do not want to change doctors
Was very impressed with doctor's medical knowledge about my diabetes and medicines available. More than I was aware of.
First time I waited 40 minutes after my appr time and eventually had to leave. Second time I had to wait about 20 minutes but at least I planned for it that time. The office in nearly impossible to get ahold of. They work bizarre hours and send you to a third party call center so you can't even leave a voicemail. If you are finally able to get ahold of the office, it's difficult to make an appointment because of how little and what strange hours he works. I liked him well enough but the receptionist has an attitude and it is too much trouble. I won't be going back.
Great! Doctor. But they need to answer the phones. Can never get anyone to return calls nor answer the phone for a simply question.
I appreciated that he was able to get me in on short notice, but it's very much a factory. This was my first physical in a very long time, and I didn't find him to be very thorough, and he made very little eye contact at all. When my results came in, he had office personnel call, and they said my cholesterol was "high," but didn't make any recommendations, and when asked if I should come back in or be on medication she didn't have much of an answer. I left the whole experience still not knowing how healthy I am (or am not). I will be asking for my results to be transferred to another office.
As usual, my visit was great.
Dr. S. and Gracie and Becky helped me a bunch, thank ya'll so much!!! I had a list of problems, went right through it with solutions for everything, love it when that happens! (Doesn't happen with a lot of doctors!)
The office staff was great, comforting and reassuring. Dr. Stoufflet seemed genuinely interested in my issues and took time to listen and ask thoughtful questions.
I just love dr. Stoufflet.
The office is older and thinly staffed. I wish the rooms were cheerier. Dr. Stoufflet was competent, listened, and unimposing.
As Always, Dr Stoufflet was fast. I was in & out quickly. He slows you down to ask you questions, and to be sure that you are doing okay under his care & supervision. He is kind, almost meek & mild but very good at what he does. He really does genuinely care for his patients. Im lucky to have found him.
Dr. Stoufflet is a rare find in today's medical world, his staff is also Perfect! This kind physician has saved my life, I totally respect and love him as a Gift from God. Ignore any challenges as he is incredibly busy with other older patients and those with severe challenges requiring extra time. You will NOT be disappointed with his care. atxguy
Dr. Stoufflet is thorough, attentive, and direct; and the nursing/office staff is great, too! I have a high level of confidence in him and certainly recommend him to others.
I've been looking for a new primary care physician, and Dr. Stoufflet is it. He listens attentively and explains himself thoroughly. I've been told to visit him in the mornings as he tends to go over on time. Which, to me, isn't even an issue. He's not rushed and spends the time to talk to you, so I'm fine with waiting an extra 15 minutes for an afternoon appointment. The décor could probably use a helping hand, but the photos on the wall aren't going to make my symptoms disappear or write me a prescription, and really, doctors' office décor is usually pretty tacky anyway. Also, using ZocDoc worked perfectly for scheduling an appointment. The previous time that I used it, the office never received my records or information, so I had to completely redo it. Dr.Stoufflet's office received everything, and the front office staff knew who I was when I arrived. Definitely recommend. I've finally found a doctor that's knowledgeable, caring, and listens. FINALLY.
Excellent professional. Super nice guy. Smart. Quick to figure things out. Knows his meds.
I have been seeing Stoufflet for years and I really like him. My husband and I are both clients and are happy with him. Suzanne is the best and takes a personal interest in the patient's needs. I highly recommend.
Dr. Stoufflet was as always kind, patient, and most of all, understanding with me and my multiple medical issues. I consider myself Blessed to have him as my Dr. His office staff, nurses, and Suzanne are the best of the best. If you are looking for a new Dr, Paul Stoufflet is your man !!!
Listens to you. Treats properly. Does not fluff off his patients.
The service was excellent..
This Doctor is a God Send for not only myself but his other patients. His professional manner and knowledge base FAR surpasses any of the past so called "Physicians" I have had misfortune to have had to consult. I have found the BEST there is!!! No question about it, the Best!!!
Been with Dr. Stoufflet for at least 15 years. I am ever so picky with my doctors so that says a lot about him!
He is a very good doctor and takes care of his patients.
This doctor is a professional who gives his time and attention to his patients. Glad I found him.
Good all around person.
Dr Stoufflet is a wonderful Doctor. My Husband and I have been going to Dr Stoufflet over 10 years. He is easy to talk to, and listen at all you want to say, He has helped us, as we are getting older. We would recommend Him to anyone.
The entire office is genuine, & honest, & will go the extra mile to provide excellent service and care for me any time I need them. Wish I new of Dr Stoufflet 15 years ago. He is by far the very best Dr I have ever had. If you dont know who he is, its your loss. Phenom.
I have been a patient of his for several years. I get professional and competent care every time I visit him. He and his staff are great!
Every visit with Dr .Stoufflet is EXCELLENT!!!
The doctor and his staff were all very nice and comforting, I will continue seeing him as my general doctor!
He's very knowledgable and explains everything in a personable and kind way
Great doctor. Always willing to take the time to listen.
I get nervousness and anxiety when seeing doctors. Dr. Stouflett has an excellent calming bedside manner that really helps put me at ease. He is straight to the point, but takes the time to actually listen. Highly recommended!
I completed all the check-in paperwork online, so when I got to the office all I had to do was sign in and show my insurance card. I was in the waiting room for no more than five minutes before being called back. After having my blood pressure taken, I only had to wait about five minutes more for Dr. Stoufflet. He listened very well when I told him about my symptoms and everything and was very comforting and reassuring. I've had many doctors who were extremely condescending and always made me feel like I was just wasting their time, but Dr. Stoufflet never once seemed like he was talking down to me and made me feel like we had all the time in the world to discuss any concerns I had. The appointment took less than an hour and the medications he prescribed already seem to be helping. Most doctors I've been to show up for a few minutes and write a prescription for something that never seems to do any good. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Stoufflet, but judging from other reviews I've read about him, I'd recommend trying for a morning appointment if possible. The only complaints I read in any review regarded wait times, and they were all for appointments late in the afternoon. I've already scheduled a follow-up and plan to keep Dr. Stoufflet as my regular doctor.
He was a very nice man and thorough Doctor. Everyone at the office contributed to a extremely pleasant experience.
He has been my doctor for about 17 years and is doing one heck of a job.
Since I moved to Austin 6 years ago, I was referred to two internists who I had communication problems with due to their foreign accents, plus, long waits for appointments... I found Dr. Stoufflet, and have no problems, he is eager to listen and solve, what I consider my minor to moderate medical problems. Better yet, his availability for appointments seems very generous. Although getting through to the office via telephone is at times difficult, the online appointment system works very well for me!
Dr. Stoufflet is one of a rare breed of doctor, he listens and does his best to help!
Much too long of a wait.
All the above questions I answered apply.
He was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me. Satisfied that he answered all of my questions.
Remember how Doctors used to listen and keep trying to make you feel better instead of shrugging their shoulders? Dr. Stoufflet is one of the rare ones that still cares and still listens.
he is a great doctor, he takes time to listen to you and will go the extra mile
He knew what he was talking about and was very pleasant and helpful
It was okay. I felt a little uncomfortable, due to when I said something to him, he made a comment as to "What Ever"! And, I did not like that cause it seemed to me as I was looked down upon. The receptionist was very pleasant toward me. But, the nurse and the doctor made me feel NOT quite so comfortable or welcomed in that Doctor's Office.
Dr. Stoufflet listens to you and takes his time, you never feel rushed.
He is a very caring Dr. He answers any questions and asks important questions too. His staff is amazing! When I arrived for my appt. there was a lady in the waiting room who was feeling very shaky, she had already seen the Dr. but felt too bad to drive home so the staff contacted her daughter but Dr. Stoufflet re checked her blood sugar before he would let her leave. One of the nurses went to the pharmacy for her and then drove her home! I would recommend this dr office to everyone!
I'd be lost without Dr. Stoufflet.......he's my safety net, my constant when I need to depend on him 24 & 7. Dr. Stoufflet is a doctor that actually hears what I have to say and advices me as well as respects my input and applies an extremely clear & good understanding of my medical concerns and does not hesitate to get me to the right specialist when necessary. I'm a VERY Lucky Gal to have him in my corner* Our relationship is professional, but he's more than family to me.....he's my bestest band-aid too! :-) I LUVVVVV his sense of humor as well and his honesty and straight forwardness, wouldn't have it any other way* His Loyalty is True, nothing fake about who this man is as a man and a professional* Thanks Doc :-)
the receptionist was kind and funny, I felt comfortable from the minute I walked in..Dr. Stoufflet was very personable and knowledgable...although I have had just one visit. .I would recommend him.
Super doctor -- a real no-nonsense kind of guy.
I thought the doctor was great. Very informative, honest, and insightful. My only issue dealt with the layout of the office. It was a little dated and dilapidated.
I waited for quite a time, but I was a new patient. Dr. Stoufflet was kind and laid back while still being professional. Very patient and he listens to you, which I have found somewhat rare with medical professionals. I probably would have voted him as "Highly Recommended" but it seems overzealous to do that after only one visit.
My visits with Dr.Stoufflet are professional and complete. He is a doctor that will actually look you in the eye- he listens and actually looks at me, instead of interfacing with a computer. He is compassionate, has great bed-side manner and his receptionist and staff are top of the line. I've recommended seven people to Dr. Stoufflet. I spent a lifetime looking for a real, sincere healer. Thank God for Dr. Stoufflet.
Very good and professional doctor.
My appt time was 5pm. I arrived about 20min early, being a new patient I was sure to have to complete forms. There were already 5 people waiting to be seen, at that time, and more patients in back rooms. I completed my paperwork and waited about another hour before being called back into a room by the nurse. She was pleasant enough, but did seem pressed for time. After taking my vitals, etc...I waited at least another 30 minutes in the room. I was relieved to hear the Dr taking my chart from the door, but concerned as he immediately began to state loudly "I have a new patient??, I have a new patien??", as he walked back down the hall, to where I am to assume was the front desk. I was asked why I was there, complied, my ears and throat were checked and I was promptly written a Rx for antibiotic and sent on my way. Dr was nice enough, but seemed rushed and distracted and a bit "unconcerned." The front desk receptionist was very nice, and personable, upon my checkout. The following morning I contacted them re: a concern/need for possible other medication and have not been contacted. It appears the Dr sees a lot of patients and may just be extremely busy and overloaded.
The Dr. was nice enough but the office was chaotic. Really long wait times, rude staff. They might have been having a rough day, I'm not sure, but everyone seemed to be flustered and in a hurry.
Thank Heavens...I can now sit back, relax and breathe....
He was great! I left there feeling very comfortable and glad that I picked a friendly & caring Dr. I'm very Happy with him! :D
Professional, thorough, not warm.
This appointment actually got rescheduled over the phone. However, I've been with Stoufflet for over 7 years now and he has managed a difficult chronic condition. He listens and pays attention and isn't dismissive. I've find that a rare trait in most doctors these days.
It was an entirely acceptable physical. He's brusque but seems competent, and looks like he has a good crowd of regulars who like him.
Took care of everything in an efficient manner & got me on the road again to complete my list of things to do.
This appointment was a terrible experience. I waited over half an hour to be seen. During this time, I had to listen to the receptionist have a very loud, completely inappropriate, political conversation with a man in the waiting area. The doctor was unfriendly, and he rushed me and seemed disinterested in what I had to say.
