Dr. Eagle was extremely insightful in even just my first session. I searched around for different psychologists and psychiatrists...I picked her based on her experience and positive reviews, and she exceeded my expectations. She had some great tips on what I can start doing / reading and ways I can start thinking about things, as well as insight on different medications I'd been considering. She's out of network for me, but I found her session to be valuable enough that I'm continuing to see her over other therapists in my network.

If you are anxious and depressed despite trying different medications and treatments and, you can't seem to get the relief you need, if you still don't connect in relationships, and can't find satisfaction in your accomplishments, or engage in self-destructive behavior, then I am the person to contact. I have traditional training in psychoanalysis and psychopharmacology, but I also use hypnosis, EMDR, and other non-traditional forms of treatment. I believe that communication is the key to effective treatment and that working together as a mutually respectful team is essential to the development of trust and empathy necessary in developing self esteem, healthy coping skills, and intimate relationships.
I believe that people need different interventions at different times in their treatment (e.g. medications, psychotherapy) and that the psychiatrist needs to flexibly respond to the person's condition, and rather than offering one type of treatment for everyone.
