She was inviting and friendly. The whole staff really was amazing to work with as well. She made me feel comfortable as this is my first time going through the process to get help for my depression. I’m eager to work through our plan together and get my mind and soul healed.

Paulene earned her associate degree in nursing from Suffolk County Community College in 2008. She then went on to receive her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2020. Most recently, she has been awarded her PMHNP certificate from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Paulene has a gift for compassion and understanding, which is why caring for others brings her so much satisfaction. With many people close to her dealing with mental illness she has dedicated her life to the help and lifting of others.

Finding serenity was life changing for me and my family. At my first visit I was skeptical but was desperate for anything that could help me. The slogan of taking back my life was what I really wanted because I felt no hope. I met with the staff and they were very nice and Listened to me and expressed genuine concern for me. When I started TMS it made a huge difference in my life and everyone around me noticed the change. Since my treatment and my follow ups my life is night and day difference and I am so grateful to the staff and treatment.

I called in Oct to schedule my first appt, and the first they had was in Dec for the Queen Creek location. I waited the 2 months for the office to call and cancel my appt the day of because the Dr was out sick. However the next available appt was at the end of Jan in the Gilbert office. I was not happy, waiting 4 months for a mental health appt is awful. I was told to arrive at 150pm for my 2pm appt to then be told my appt was at 220pm. The Dr was nice but the appt was brief. They of course went straight to medication.
