Psychotherapist

My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I work from a trauma-informed and attachment-focused lens, and I move at a pace that feels safe for you. I integrate modalities like CBT, DBT, EMDR, EFT, and somatic awareness to support both insight and nervous-system regulation. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, not judged, and where your story is honored with care. I believe healing happens through connection, clarity, and gentle, consistent support—and I’m here to walk with you through that process. In our first session together, here's what you can expect In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll ask a few grounding questions to get a sense of what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important right now. We’ll talk about your goals, your history at a level that feels manageable, and any immediate needs or concerns. I’ll also share how I work—my approach, the modalities I draw from, and what therapy can look like with me. My priority in that first meeting is to help you feel safe, understood, and supported as we begin this work together. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions What stands out about my therapeutic approach is the combination of steadiness, attunement, and practical skill-building I bring to the work. I move at a pace that feels safe for each client, integrating trauma-informed, somatic, and mindfulness-based methods with evidence-supported modalities like CBT, DBT, EMDR, EFT, and attachment-focused approaches. Clients often tell me they appreciate the calm, grounded environment I create—one where they can explore difficult emotions without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. I focus on helping clients understand their patterns, strengthen internal regulation, and build relationships and habits that feel more aligned with who they want to be.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
