She is extremely thorough! She's knowledgeable and actually cares. She listened to everything I told her and Most of all, I didn't feel rushed or like I was wasting her time. The anti-reflux meds seem to be working and I really didn't know where she was going when she gave me that medicine because I never get heartburn...but that's why she's the doctor and I'm not! I'm definitely going to keep her as my Primary!

The only area of this practice that I'd like to see improved is for them to more effectively integrated with BayCare's online portal (so patients don't need to try to remember details themselves, fill it out on paper later, etc.).
